Delivery Policy

For efficient and prompt delivery, please ensure you have provided us with your correct delivery address. You will be notified via email if any product you order is unavailable, in the event of a product being unavailable at the time of order, we will not dispatch the order until it can be fully supplied. In the event that you still require us to send the available stock, you will need to inform us by email.

We reserve the right to delay shipment of products until full payment is received and processed by Action Auto Electrics Pty Ltd.

If the products you purchase have not been delivered to your postal address within 14 days, please email us at actiona@www.actionauto.com.au stating the following;

  • Customer name
  • Order number
  • Date of order

When you receive your order, please check the receipt/packing list against your copy of the order to ensure that products you received are what you ordered. If there are any discrepancies, please notify us immediately by email.

Refund Policy

If products are to be returned, they MUST be unopened, and in the original packaging and returned within 14 days of purchase. Please retain your purchase order/receipt in the event of any return, as we require proof of purchase before any refunds can be processed.

If incorrect products have been sent to you, you must notify us of the error within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange the incorrect goods to be returned to us at no charge to you. The correct goods will be dispatched immediately with no extra postage charges incurred by the buyer. We reserve the right to charge a minimal fee or replacement cost if returned products are damaged or have been used. You are required to pay any charges if you have ordered the incorrect products and ship the products back to Action Auto Electrics Pty Ltd.

We will only offer a refund if the product returned to us is unused and not damaged. Please note that this will only occur in case we sent you the incorrect products or they are damaged on arrival.
